Vanessa Kirby To Lead Sci-Fi StarDream, From The Wife Director Bjorn Runge
Mission: Impossible – Fallout’s Vanessa Kirby has joined the cast of The Wife director Bjorn Runge’s forthcoming science-fiction thriller StarDream.
StarDream will tell the tale of a hastily constructed spaceship, designed to transport hundreds of thousands of cryogenically frozen humans from a failing planet Earth.
When the on-board computer systems start to falter, Kirby’s coder Andreya develops an AI solution that she names Stephen, but the entire mission is compromised when Stephen begins to develop feelings for her.
The movie is slated to be released in 2020, with production due to start at some point this year.
