“Braveheart’s” James Robinson to Star in Another Period-Piece of England, “Brigantia”
Robinson best known for playing the young William Wallace in Mel Gibson’s “Braveheart,” now to star in “Brigantia,” the epic story about ancient Britain.
“Brigantia” an upcoming film by Biograph Company is the story of early Britain through the eyes of Airell (James Robinson), a Druid Ministre living in the last century before Christ during a time of great religious upheaval. In this film, we see this great ancient civilization, the land of “Brigantia” with its secret mystery and magic from the “Stone henges” to the Druids on the mysterious island, “Pretanik” (Britain). Airell’s personal journey brings to life the mostly overlooked and unknown “true” history of ancient Britain and its mysteries, magic, spiritualism, and its remarkable civilization of Britain never seen before as this. Few films such as this have ever been produced with the drama and history that brings this ancient world to life, and “Brigantia” will go down as a milestone in films about Britain.
